Returns are Easy!

Most items, may be returned for refund or exchange when received at our facility within 30 days, except for personal hygiene items, items marked special order.

Durable Medical Equipment or "DME" that is Heavy (over 70 lbs.) or Large (too big for UPS) including Patient Lifts, Chairs, & Beds, have return policies specified by the manufacturers, and may not be returnable, and/or, be subject to a manufacturer restocking charge. Therefore Heavy or large DME is to be considered non-returnable, unless pre-approved in writing, or specified up front.
To get a return authorization # (RA#) simply send off a quick email to info@homehealth411.com

We do require that it be unused, in new condition and packaging.
Damaged in shipping?
The carrier is supposed to deliver the product without damage (not much to ask). If package damaged, carrier policy is; save packing materials and contact them straight away. (UPS at 1-800-PICKUPS or, 1-800-GoFedEx)
